Missing you  / Phil Crouthamel (step-son)

Hi Dad,
It sounds funny, but when you were here, I could never call you dad.  You were the one to teach me religious values that I still hold today.  You were there to help a young boy on the road to manhood.  Even though, later in life, we had our differences, I still remembered the values that you taught me.
I regret not coming down in time to say good-bye.  You are always in my heart and I miss you.

love,
Phil

These pictures were so enjoyable.  Brought back a lot of good memories and fun times.  As a new member to the family in 1969, Jack always had an eager listener when he would tell the Scully stories.  Remember the one about the uncovered manhole? He should have written a book.  He was a great story teller and a kind, thoughtful person.  My father says he is sure Jack has a high place in heaven because of his sacrifices to help others. He has left us with a lot of good thoughts.
